We started the seminar with a series of team challenges designed to stimulate analytical thinking, creativity, and coordination. Divided into groups, participants competed in various activities: archery in the great outdoors, a strategic mission inspired by Black Skull combining logic and initiative, and even a Cooking Challenge to test teamwork in the kitchen.

In the evening, the mood shifted with a karaoke session focused on letting go and having fun. Laughter, unexpected performances, and moments of camaraderie filled this musical interlude, creating a warm atmosphere where everyone could express themselves freely, outside the usual work environment.

The morning began with an outdoor yoga session focused on breathing and concentration. Guided by the instructor, participants were able to center themselves, release accumulated tension, and prepare for the rest of the program in a calm and mindful state.
