A Tailor-Made Journey to the Heart of Milan

Every year, AZOKA supports its clients in organizing their annual corporate trip, with the goal of creating a unique, immersive, and friendly experience.

For this stay in Milan, we designed a comprehensive program combining cultural heritage, architectural discoveries, Italian gastronomy, and innovative activities, while integrating CSR initiatives such as traveling by train to Milan.

This tailor-made approach allows each participant to enjoy a personalized, enriching, and perfectly orchestrated experience, where every detail matters.


Day 1: Exploring Milan on Foot and by Bike

The first day began with a guided tour of Milan’s must-see landmarks, focused on the city’s history and heritage. Participants were divided into three groups, each accompanied by our French-speaking guides — Samantha, Margherita, and Cristina — and equipped with audio guides for a fully immersive experience.

The itinerary included:

  • Via Turati and Piazza Cavour, at the heart of the historic center

  • Sforza Castle, with its courtyards and iconic spaces

  • Via Dante, the main pedestrian street connecting the castle to the city center

  • Piazza Cordusio and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, before heading through the fashion district and returning to the hotel

In the late afternoon, participants enjoyed a unique cycling experience, with a transfer to the Milan Duomo for an exclusive visit of the cathedral. Groups were guided by AZOKA’s French-speaking staff, and the bikes were conveniently parked behind the building. This visit allowed everyone to appreciate the architectural and historical details of the Duomo — a true highlight of the day.

The evening continued with a friendly dinner at Osteria Cavallini, where participants exchanged their first impressions and continued using their audio guides for the rest of the stay.


Day 2: Art, Architecture, and Italian Gastronomy

The second day was dedicated to culture and culinary creativity. In the morning, participants were divided into two groups for visits to:

  • Pinacoteca di Brera, showcasing Italian and European art, with a guided tour highlighting the museum’s masterpieces

  • 10 Corso Como, the iconic concept store blending design, fashion, and contemporary art

The afternoon focused on modern Milanese architecture, with guided tours of Piazza Gae Aulenti, Porta Nuova, the Vertical Garden, and Corso Garibaldi, followed by a visit through the Brera district and the Teatro Alla Scala. Thanks to the audio guides, participants were able to explore freely while enriching their experience.

The day concluded with a pizza cooking class, celebrating Italian cuisine. Participants made their own pizza dough, selected traditional toppings, and created their signature pizza. Pizzas were then rated based on 10 criteria, and the best teams received wooden cutting boards and certificates as souvenirs. The evening continued with dinner on site, in a festive and friendly atmosphere, culminating with an award ceremony.


Day 3: Lake Como and Gala Evening

 

The final day was dedicated to relaxation and discovery around Lake Como, a true natural and cultural gem of the region:

  • Departure by coach from the hotel to Como, with a comfortable transfer for all participants

  • Walk to Villa Balbianello, renowned for its spectacular gardens and lake views, visited in four groups guided by French-speaking guides

  • Cruise on Lake Como, featuring an on-board aperitif and breathtaking landscapes

  • Lunch at Platea Ristorante, on the veranda overlooking the lake, with a three-course Italian menu and drinks included

In the afternoon, participants enjoyed a guided tour of Como’s old town, with free time to explore before returning to Milan.

The trip culminated with an exceptional gala evening, including a cocktail reception, seated dinner, DJ set, and open bar — a memorable and festive conclusion to the stay.
